These Terms govern use of Octulpit, including accounts, chart calculations, readings and AI features that are actually available. Contact the provider at contact@octulpit.com.

Please read these Terms before registering or using paid services. You may stop using the service if you do not accept them. Rights and obligations arising from existing transactions remain subject to the agreed conditions and applicable law.

You must have the legal capacity required to enter this agreement and comply with the eligibility and minors provisions in the Privacy Policy, including permission from a legal representative where required.

Provide accurate account information, keep passwords and verification codes confidential, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised account use.

You must have appropriate rights or grounds to use another person's information. Do not impersonate others or submit information you are not entitled to use.

All astrology data, tarot readings, AI-generated predictions and related insights provided through Octulpit are for entertainment and informational purposes only, including personal reflection. They do not guarantee events, relationships, income or future outcomes.

Disclaimer of warranties: to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or reliability of these insights. Input data, calculation methods and AI limitations can produce errors or omissions.

The services do not constitute professional, financial, investment, legal, medical or mental-health advice or diagnosis, and must not replace appropriate professional or emergency assistance.

You are responsible for evaluating information and exercising your own judgement before acting on it. To the extent permitted by law, reliance on readings is at your own risk. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restrict statutory consumer rights or remove remedies for defective or undelivered services.

Prices, credit amounts, package entitlements and transaction conditions are those shown for the transaction before confirmation, not illustrative or unreleased prices.

Credits purchased outright do not expire. Access to them still requires an active account; account closure has the consequences described in section 9.

Monthly subscription credit allowances expire at 00:00 on the first day of the following calendar month in the Asia/Bangkok time zone and do not roll over. An annual subscription provides monthly allowances rather than all annual credits in advance. Trial, promotional and reward credits follow the expiry and restrictions disclosed before acceptance.

Credit restoration for a service failure is separate from a monetary refund. If a request is charged credits without delivering a usable answer, or credits are deducted twice, we investigate the ledger and restore the credits wrongly deducted for that action. We may award extra goodwill credits for exceptional service disruptions at our discretion. Check your credit history and contact us about a missing or incorrect adjustment. Restoring or gifting credits does not waive any statutory monetary-refund rights.

Do not exploit vulnerabilities, modify requests or submit duplicate requests to obtain unauthorised credits, entitlements or services.

When a payment method is available, review the package, amount, currency and conditions before confirming. The payment is also subject to the payment provider's applicable process.

For a duplicate payment, missing credits or service, incorrect credit debit or other transaction issue, email contact@octulpit.com from your account address with an order/credit entry reference, approximate date/time, amount and currency if payment-related, and a short description. We will review order status and the credit ledger, then explain the outcome and available remedy, without promising external provider processing times. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card numbers or security codes; redact unrelated information from screenshots.

One-time prepaid credit purchases are generally final and are not eligible for discretionary monetary refunds solely because of a change of mind, an unsuitable pack choice, unused credits, dissatisfaction with a reading or AI-generated result, or a prediction not matching later events. This does not restrict cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other rights required by applicable law, including remedies for duplicate or unauthorised charges, missing credits or undelivered or defective services, or refunds and dispute handling required by the payment provider.

Processing time varies by case and payment provider. We currently cannot guarantee a fixed response or resolution period, but this does not extend or override any mandatory legal deadline. Where a refund is approved, provider settlement time may differ from our review time.

We review transactions and consider remedies or refunds based on the facts, conditions disclosed before purchase and statutory rights. These Terms do not exclude legally required remedies.

Approved refunds are processed through an appropriate channel, with related credits or entitlements adjusted to match the transaction. Account closure or subscription cancellation is not automatically a refund request.

One-time credit top-ups do not renew automatically, so there is no future recurring charge to cancel. Cancellation of a completed top-up is subject to section 5. If a membership later renews automatically, check its billing cycle, price and cancellation method before subscribing. Do not assume every package renews in the same way.

You may request cancellation of automatic renewal at any time using the cancellation channel supplied with your transaction. If no self-service option is available, email contact@octulpit.com with your account email and order or subscription reference; we will confirm the cancellation and its effective date. Do not send passwords or payment credentials. Signing out, clearing cookies or no longer visiting the website does not cancel billing.

Do not use the service for unlawful conduct, fraud, harassment, privacy or rights violations, or unauthorised access to accounts or information.

Do not attack the system, bypass authorisation or use automation that disrupts or damages the service.

The service may refuse or reframe unsafe requests, including death predictions, guaranteed medical, legal or investment outcomes, and content exploiting minors.

You must be entitled to use submitted text, images and information. Submitting information does not automatically transfer your existing rights to the provider.

The service's logos, designs, software and content may be legally protected. Reuse must comply with the relevant rights or permissions.

AI outputs may not be unique and may have accuracy or rights limitations. Review them before publication or commercial use.

You can select Delete account under Profile → Manage account and complete the required identity and confirmation checks. Resolve uncancelled recurring subscriptions and pending tasks first.

Closure disables the account and revokes sign-in on all devices. You can no longer use its credits, entitlements or access its content. A new signup does not automatically inherit the old balance or history.

Closure does not erase all information. Historical application data and financial records remain under the Privacy Policy. Use its contact channel to request erasure of retained personal information.

The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or because of networks or external providers. Report problems with the information needed for investigation.

Descriptions of system or AI limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or remove consumers' rights to complain or seek remedies.

Contact us to investigate and resolve disputes. This does not restrict access to applicable legal remedies.

Personal-information handling and browser storage are explained separately in the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. Acknowledging those documents is not blanket consent for every processing purpose.

We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and their effective date. Changes do not unlawfully remove rights arising from existing transactions.

การคืนเครดิตเมื่อบริการขัดข้องเป็นคนละเรื่องกับการคืนเงินจริง หากระบบหักเครดิตแต่ไม่ส่งมอบคำตอบที่ใช้งานได้ หรือหักเครดิตซ้ำ เราจะตรวจสอบบันทึกและคืนเครดิตที่หักผิดพลาดตามรายการนั้น และอาจมอบเครดิตเพิ่มเติมเป็นการชดเชยกรณีพิเศษตามดุลยพินิจ โปรดตรวจประวัติเครดิตและติดต่อเราเมื่อไม่พบการปรับคืนหรือพบรายการไม่ถูกต้อง การคืนหรือมอบเครดิตไม่ตัดสิทธิขอคืนเงินจริงที่กฎหมายรับรอง

ห้ามใช้ช่องโหว่ ดัดแปลงคำขอ หรือส่งคำขอซ้ำเพื่อรับเครดิต สิทธิ์ หรือบริการที่ไม่มีสิทธิได้รับ

เมื่อมีช่องทางชำระเงินเปิดให้ใช้งาน โปรดตรวจแพ็กเกจ จำนวนเงิน สกุลเงิน และเงื่อนไขในหน้าสั่งซื้อให้ครบก่อนยืนยัน การชำระเงินอยู่ภายใต้ขั้นตอนของผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงินที่ใช้ในรายการนั้นด้วย

หากจ่ายซ้ำ ไม่ได้รับเครดิตหรือบริการ เครดิตถูกหักผิดพลาด หรือมีปัญหากับรายการ ให้ส่งอีเมลจากบัญชีผู้ใช้ถึง contact@octulpit.com พร้อมเลขคำสั่งซื้อหรือรายการเครดิต วันที่/เวลาโดยประมาณ จำนวนเงินและสกุลเงิน (ถ้าเกี่ยวกับการชำระเงิน) และคำอธิบายปัญหา เราจะตรวจสอบสถานะรายการและบันทึกเครดิต แจ้งผลและแนวทางแก้ไขโดยไม่รับประกันระยะเวลาที่ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกต้องใช้ ห้ามส่งรหัสผ่าน OTP เลขบัตรเต็ม หรือรหัสความปลอดภัยของบัตร และให้ปิดบังข้อมูลอื่นที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องในภาพหลักฐาน

การซื้อแพ็กเติมเครดิตครั้งเดียวโดยทั่วไปเป็นรายการที่ไม่คืนเงินจริงตามความสมัครใจของร้าน แม้ยังไม่ได้ใช้เครดิต หากเหตุผลเป็นเพียงการเปลี่ยนใจ เลือกแพ็กไม่ตรงความต้องการ ไม่พอใจคำอ่านหรือผลลัพธ์ AI หรือเหตุการณ์ในอนาคตไม่ตรงกับคำทำนาย ทั้งนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิยกเลิกสัญญา ขอคืนเงิน หรือขอเยียวยาที่กฎหมายรับรอง รวมถึงกรณีชำระเงินซ้ำ รายการที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ไม่ได้รับเครดิตหรือบริการ และบริการบกพร่อง รวมทั้งการคืนเงินหรือการจัดการข้อพิพาทตามเงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน

ระยะเวลาพิจารณาคำขอขึ้นกับรายละเอียดของกรณีและผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน ขณะนี้ยังไม่สามารถรับประกันกำหนดตอบกลับหรือดำเนินการเสร็จตายตัวได้ แต่ไม่ขยายหรือยกเว้นกำหนดเวลาที่กฎหมายบังคับ ระยะเวลาที่ผู้ให้บริการนำเงินคืนเข้าบัญชีอาจต่างจากช่วงตรวจสอบของเรา

แพ็กเติมเครดิตแบบซื้อครั้งเดียวไม่มีการต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ จึงไม่มีรอบเรียกเก็บถัดไปให้ยกเลิก การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อที่ชำระสำเร็จแล้วเป็นไปตามข้อ 5 หากแพ็กเกจสมาชิกใดเปิดการต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ ให้ตรวจรอบเรียกเก็บ ราคา และวิธียกเลิกที่แจ้งก่อนสมัคร อย่าสันนิษฐานว่าทุกแพ็กเกจมีการต่ออายุเหมือนกัน

คุณสามารถขอยกเลิกการต่ออายุอัตโนมัติได้ทุกเมื่อผ่านช่องทางยกเลิกที่แจ้งสำหรับรายการนั้น หากไม่มีช่องทางให้ยกเลิกด้วยตนเอง ให้ส่งอีเมลถึง contact@octulpit.com พร้อมอีเมลบัญชีและเลขคำสั่งซื้อหรือเลขสมาชิก เราจะยืนยันการยกเลิกและวันที่มีผล โดยไม่ต้องส่งรหัสผ่านหรือข้อมูลลับการชำระเงิน การออกจากระบบ ล้างคุกกี้ หรือเลิกเข้าเว็บไม่ใช่การยกเลิกการเรียกเก็บเงิน

ห้ามโจมตีระบบ หลบเลี่ยงการตรวจสิทธิ์ หรือใช้งานอัตโนมัติในลักษณะที่รบกวนบริการหรือสร้างความเสียหาย

บริการอาจปฏิเสธหรือปรับแนวทางคำตอบที่ไม่ปลอดภัย เช่น การทำนายความตาย การรับประกันผลทางการแพทย์ กฎหมายหรือการลงทุน และเนื้อหาที่แสวงหาประโยชน์จากผู้เยาว์

คุณต้องมีสิทธิใช้ข้อความ ภาพ และข้อมูลที่นำเข้าสู่บริการ การส่งข้อมูลให้ระบบไม่ได้ทำให้สิทธิที่คุณมีในข้อมูลนั้นโอนมายังผู้ให้บริการโดยอัตโนมัติ

โลโก้ งานออกแบบ ซอฟต์แวร์ และเนื้อหาของบริการอาจได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมาย การใช้ซ้ำต้องอยู่ภายใต้สิทธิหรือการอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้อง

คำตอบที่สร้างโดย AI อาจไม่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ และอาจมีข้อจำกัดด้านสิทธิหรือความถูกต้อง โปรดตรวจสอบก่อนนำไปเผยแพร่หรือใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์

คุณสามารถเลือก “ลบบัญชีผู้ใช้” ในหน้าโปรไฟล์ → จัดการบัญชี โดยยืนยันตัวตนและยืนยันการดำเนินการตามที่ระบบกำหนด หากมีสมาชิกที่ยังต่ออายุหรือมีงานค้าง ต้องจัดการให้เรียบร้อยก่อน

ขั้นตอนนี้ปิดบัญชีและยกเลิกการเข้าสู่ระบบทุกเครื่อง คุณจะไม่สามารถใช้เครดิต สิทธิ์ หรือเข้าถึงข้อมูลเดิมผ่านบัญชีดังกล่าวได้อีก การสมัครใหม่ไม่โอนเครดิตหรือประวัติเดิมอัตโนมัติ

การปิดบัญชีไม่ได้ลบข้อมูลทั้งหมด ข้อมูลการใช้งานเดิมและหลักฐานการเงินยังเก็บอยู่ตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว หากต้องการขอลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ยังเก็บไว้ ให้ติดต่อผ่านช่องทางในนโยบายนั้น

บริการอาจหยุดชั่วคราวเพื่อบำรุงรักษา หรือได้รับผลกระทบจากเครือข่ายและผู้ให้บริการภายนอก หากพบปัญหา โปรดติดต่อพร้อมข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการตรวจสอบ

การอธิบายข้อจำกัดของระบบหรือ AI ไม่ใช่การยกเว้นความรับผิดที่กฎหมายไม่อนุญาตให้ยกเว้น และไม่ตัดสิทธิผู้บริโภคในการร้องเรียนหรือขอเยียวยา

Octulpit 提供的占星資料、塔羅解讀、AI 預測及相關觀點，僅供娛樂、資訊參考及個人反思，不保證事件、關係、收入或未來結果。

保證之限制：在適用法律允許範圍內，我們不保證上述觀點的準確性、完整性或可靠性。輸入資料、計算方法及 AI 限制可能造成錯誤或遺漏。

服務不構成專業財務、投資、法律、醫療或心理健康建議或診斷，亦不得取代適當的專業諮詢或緊急協助。

價格、點數、方案權益及交易條件以確認前該筆交易顯示的資訊為準，不以範例或尚未推出的價格為準。

另行購買的儲值點數不設有效期限，但使用仍須具備可用帳戶；關閉帳戶的影響依第 9 條處理。

訂閱每月配發的點數於 Asia/Bangkok 時區下一個曆月首日 00:00 到期，不得累積。年度訂閱按月配發點數，不會一次預發全年點數。試用、促銷及獎勵點數依領取前揭露的期限與限制使用。

服務故障退還點數與金錢退款不同。若已扣點卻未提供可用回答，或點數遭重複扣除，我們會查核帳本並返還該筆交易錯扣的點數。特殊服務故障時，我們可酌情另贈補償點數。若調整缺漏或有誤，請檢查點數紀錄並聯絡我們。返還或贈送點數不影響法律保障的金錢退款權利。

不得利用漏洞、修改請求或重複請求取得無權享有的點數、權益或服務。

付款方式開放時，確認前請核對方案、金額、幣別與條件，付款亦依該供應商適用流程處理。

如遇重複付款、未收到點數或服務、扣點錯誤或其他交易問題，請由帳戶電郵寄至 contact@octulpit.com，提供訂單或點數紀錄參考碼、約略日期時間、涉及付款時的金額及幣別，以及簡短問題描述。我們會查核訂單狀態與點數帳本並通知處理結果及可用補救方式，但不保證外部支付服務商的處理時間。請勿提供密碼、OTP、完整卡號或卡片安全碼，截圖須遮蓋無關資料。

單次購買的預付點數原則上屬於最終交易；僅因改變心意、選錯點數方案、點數尚未使用、對解讀或 AI 結果不滿意，或預測與日後事件不符，通常不提供商家酌情金錢退款。但此規定不限制適用法律保障的取消、撤回、退款或其他救濟權利，包括重複或未經授權扣款、未收到點數或服務、服務瑕疵，以及支付服務商依法或依其規則處理的退款與爭議。

申請處理時間依個案與付款服務商而異。目前無法保證固定的回覆或結案期限，但不延長或免除任何法定期限。核准退款後，款項實際入帳時間可能與我們的審查時間不同。

我們依事實、購買前揭露條件及法定權利審查補救或退款；本條款不排除法律要求的救濟。

核准退款以適當管道處理，相關點數或權益須與實際交易一致。關閉帳戶或取消訂閱不自動構成退款申請。

單次購買的儲值點數不會自動續訂，因此沒有後續定期扣款可取消。已完成購買的取消依第 5 條處理。若會員方案日後提供自動續訂，訂閱前須確認計費週期、價格及取消方式；不同方案未必採相同續訂方式。

您可隨時透過該筆交易提供的取消管道申請停止自動續訂。若無自助取消選項，請將帳戶電子郵件及訂單或訂閱參考碼寄至 contact@octulpit.com；我們將確認取消及生效日期。請勿傳送密碼或付款機密資料。登出、清除 Cookie 或停止造訪網站不會取消扣款。
